A store deletion request freezes that store and its scheduled work. There is a 30-day reversible request period before an administrator can execute a scoped purge. During the recovery window, the owner can cancel the request by restoring the store. A saved deletion request is not a statement that all data has already been erased.
Export needed catalog artifacts before requesting removal. The administrator must verify the store scope before executing a purge; you should follow the request status or support conversation for completion. Billing cancellation is a separate action. Transaction records or other records subject to an applicable retention requirement may need separate handling, so ask for the scope of a completed data request rather than assuming it covers every external record.
What to do
- Download the data and evidence you need to retain.
- As owner, request deletion for the intended store and check the saved request status.
- Restore the store within the reversible period if you change your mind.
- Follow the request or support history for administrator review and purge confirmation.
- Cancel subscription renewal separately when that is also your intention.
