Who operates this website
Feedaptor is operated under Dgn Labs. Use the contact form for website, support or privacy requests. Billing details and applicable tax appear before payment. Contact us before subscribing if you need a service-specific data agreement.
What we collect
If you submit an enquiry, we store your name, email, company, chosen catalog information, message, consent selection, submission time and limited campaign attribution. Please do not include customer records, passwords, API keys or confidential feed URLs.
With analytics permission, we use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4, which measures page views and funnel interactions and uses analytics cookies. Google may process a cookie-based client identifier and technical device/network data under its privacy notice. We also keep consented first-party visitor and session identifiers, public page paths and campaign/source observations for up to 180 days to report acquisition and signup funnels. Session attribution can link to your Feedaptor account when you sign in; these account identifiers and support messages are not sent to Google. Analytics identifiers and first-touch source storage are cleared when you withdraw consent. Advertising storage and advertising user data remain denied unless you separately allow ad measurement. Advertising personalization remains denied for every choice.
Why and where
We use submitted details to handle your request, respond to you. Product announcements require the separate optional checkbox. Website hosting, authentication and database processing are supplied through the Sites infrastructure. Google supplies the optional Analytics and Tag Manager measurement services. A paid subscription uses a secure embedded payment service. The payment form collects billing details and displays applicable payment terms; raw card details do not pass through Feedaptor’s application servers.

Learning library and free tools
The five free tools process inputs on your device. Tool inputs, GTINs, product facts and cost assumptions are not sent to our enquiry or analytics endpoints. With analytics permission, we measure public content page views, tool starts and completions, checklist downloads and saved requests. Signup may include the public guide or tool page that led to it. These page paths contain no submitted product data.
Customer accounts and workspaces
ChatGPT sign-in provides a Site-scoped identity and email. Authenticated account requests create a separate workspace in Feedaptor’s backend and enforce workspace membership on data access. Uploaded catalog data, mappings, approvals and releases are processed and stored for the workspace features you use. Subscription state and a non-secret checkout reference connect your workspace to verified subscription events. Raw card details are handled by the secure payment service. Account and workspace pages are excluded from indexing.
Demo files
The free demo processes selected files and pasted text in your browser. Those contents are not transmitted to Feedaptor’s enquiry or analytics endpoints. This does not describe imports you deliberately make inside a private Feedaptor workspace.
Retention and requests
Support tickets store your sign-in identity, email, messages, status and replies so you and the operator can follow the conversation. Operator-only notes are hidden from customers. Authenticated account activity, catalog actions and verified subscription state are used to operate the service and report product usage separately from optional traffic analytics. Support is available through your in-app ticket history, including when a subscription is inactive. Enquiries and support records remain in the operator’s inbox while needed for follow-up and administration. There is no automatic deletion schedule currently promised. Ask through the contact form to access, correct or delete your submitted details or withdraw optional marketing permission. We may need to verify the request before acting. Short-lived abuse-prevention counters are periodically removed during website activity.
Local storage and transfers
Your versioned analytics choice is saved on this device for up to six months. An earlier choice for aggregate-only measurement does not automatically opt you in to Google Analytics. Limited campaign parameters can remain for the browser tab’s session. If analytics is allowed, First-party consented visitor identifiers expire after six months, session identifiers reset after 30 minutes of inactivity, and a first-touch source can remain for this browser tab’s session. Google Analytics cookies are configured for this website’s hostname with a six-month expiry; choosing Necessary only removes this site’s Analytics cookies and stops future tracking. Hosting providers may process service data outside your country. Contact us before submitting if you require a particular location or formal data agreement.
