The workspace owner can download a workspace data export with store and feed configuration plus available activity records. Individual feed snapshots and releases have their own audit exports. Downloading only the workspace configuration is not the same as downloading every product snapshot and immutable release artifact.
For an operating handover, collect the source or snapshot backup, relevant review reports, the intended target release, and its audit and evidence files. Keep the release ID and profile version with those artifacts. Store the files in a location approved by your business; Feedaptor does not automatically deliver your download to a destination or external backup system.
What to do
- As owner, export the workspace configuration and available activity.
- Download the needed feed snapshot backup and review reports.
- Download target artifacts plus audit and evidence from the same release.
- Confirm the files open and contain the expected market and item counts.
- Keep an independent copy before requesting destructive data removal.
