The attribute report summarizes how many proposals affect each field and breaks them down by added, changed, or formatting change and by decision status. This helps you spot a field with many pending changes or a comparison that unexpectedly changed an entire column.
The decision report contains individual item IDs, source rows, fields, before and after values, status, method, source notes, evidence links, and timestamps. These reports describe the review workflow; their counts are not proof of destination acceptance or improved search visibility. Download the report for the snapshot and review revision you actually used in a release.
