A fresh import or review decision does not automatically replace the last prepared release. Open the release preview to inspect additions, removals, price and stock changes, blocked products, and approved field counts. The preview ties together the current source, review, rules, and release-policy revisions.
Preparing a release creates immutable target artifacts plus audit and evidence files. Later source refreshes or review decisions do not rewrite those files. If the source or review changes while you are confirming, Feedaptor asks you to inspect a fresh preview. Downloading or restoring a release does not transmit it to a destination or prove acceptance.
What to do
- Resolve blocking source issues and finish the intended field decisions.
- Inspect release changes and any guard reasons.
- Prepare the release using the current preview.
- Download the target artifact and its matching audit and evidence files.
- Record external delivery and acceptance evidence separately when available.
